Wanted Wedding Anniversary Ideas

Next month will be our 9th Wedding Anniversary. I am planning to surprise my husband with a romantic dinner. We haven’t tried eating in a formal restaurant where men wears a tie. When I went back to my hometown with the kids last June 2008, my husband gave up on the apartment that we used to rent. So when I returned to give him a visit last October, we stayed at his small rented room; then a little while we transferred to a much bigger room in preparation of our children’s return.
