Families and Christmas

1. How many members of your family not living with you did you see on Christmas Day?
Answer: Unfortunately, none!

2. When spending time with family, how long after you arrive do you begin to feel “antsy” about being there too long?
Answer: Actually, I didn’t feel anything because I was not with them. :(

3. Is your family more likely to have pleasant discussions or heated arguments during a big meal? Do you join in or quietly listen in?
Answer: More like all of the above but I quietly listen in. I am more of a listener when it comes to family discussions.

4. Take the quiz: How Do You Really Feel About Your Family?

You Feel at Peace With Your Family

You feel a bit overwhelmed by and resentful of your family right now. This is a good moment for you to take some time away from them.
You feel like your family is prone to too many arguments and instability. You never feel like things can be completely peaceful.

While your parents made mistakes, you forgive them and accept them for who they are.

You have trouble keeping up with your family member’s birthdays and anniversaries. You are often late with your gifts.

5. Consider the family member whose views are most opposite of your own: If your friends or co-workers met the person, what single topic would probably be the source of the most embarrassment for you if your friends heard that person talking?
Answer: Nothing much really since we don’t have topics that we usually debate on. It’s always been how I ran my life.

6. Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? What one thing that you didn’t get would you like to have received?
Answer: I didn’t have anything this Christmas but if I did, I would want my daughter to spend it with us. As for material things, I would really love to have an external hard drive and an additional computer memory for my desktop. :D
