Wanted Wedding Anniversary Ideas

Next month will be our 9th Wedding Anniversary. I am planning to surprise my husband with a romantic dinner. We haven’t tried eating in a formal restaurant where men wears a tie. So maybe I will buy him few silk ties to choose from and a simple evening dress for myself. Or maybe, we go to a casual eat-all-you can restaurant with our son? What do you think?

I don’t want it to be expensive but I wish for a memorable celebration. Do you have any idea how can this be managed? Do you have a romantic but inexpensive celebration? Care to share it with me please?! Thanks.
