Executive Recruiters
When I was still working as a branch manager of a leading direct selling and networking company here in our country, I was introduced to a new way of hiring people. One of the company’s top executive was close to me, she shared an email that was sent to her by an Executive recruiter. She said that when you are in the top most level of a certain company, other big companies hire Executive recruiters to look for top level officers to fill in the positions they might have vacant. They don’t usually hire in public but somehow pirate the best ones in the market. Some companies always believed that those who are best are still hired. So to get them, they ask the help of an Executive recruiter so that they will be able to reach them and offer their job hiring.
In the US, companies make sure that they hire the best ones in the market. They want to make sure that the person who will look for their top level personnel has extensive knowledge in getting the right and suitable person to fill-in the vacancy which in turn be an asset later on.
Spencer Stuart prides itself as one of the top executive recruiters in the country. Visit the other Spencer Stuart profile for more information.
