The good thing about my husband’s company is the benefits they give to their employees. One of the benefits that I really admire most is their hospital assistance program. It is like a Medicare supplement insurance. This means that on top of the PhilHealth benefit commanded by the government, they have an additional hospital assistance to him and his beneficiaries. Most of the time when someone is being hospitalized in the family, we only pay 20% of the hospital bills. Isn’t that great?
Anyway, I am also happy that my pregnancy is also covered by their hospital assistance program!
