Diet Pills

Last year, I have been talking about trimming up this 2010. So, I was wondering if using diet pills would be safe considering my current situation, a breastfeeding mom. Anyway, some of my friends have been using diet pills and so far some says it’s really effective. They say using it means a faster way to really trim down.

Any idea which diet pills are safe and effective here in the Philippines?
