If people want to get a life insurance, they just surf the net and look for life insurance quotes. If they find one that suits them, they just apply for it and the company will take care of the rest. So, when something unlikely happens to you, your family is assured with something.
Well, that works with people’s lives, but as for my blog, there were no insurances that could insure me of its data. When the server of the hosting company got fried, all my blog posts were gone! Kaput! No backup was done by me or by the company. The only advised they gave me was to copy and paste all the posts that were cached by google.
Anyway, I just wished there is an insurance server wherein your blog data can be stored automatically. No need to backup manually and daily or weekly! How about you? Do you wish for something like that too?
