For a week now, I am seeing a lot of acne zits on my face. Not only that but I am also having them on my scalp which is really irritating. Anyway, I can’t blame anyone else for these zits because I know I am the one who is solely causing them by not sleeping right and eating too much oily foods like pork dishes. No matter how many times I use the best acne medication if I don’t moderate my sleep and oily food intake, these acne breakouts will be a regular gig for me.
Well, as for sleeping is concern, I try to get as much as I can but having three children and one of them is a baby, you can’t get that much as of now. But for pork dishes, that is where I am so guilty of. Eating pork dishes is my favorite, I only eat fish if they are cooked as tinola or my all time favorite kinilaw.
So, what do you think is the best way to moderate eating when it is my only favorite hobby?!
