Health Plans

If you remembered, I posted about wanting to be healthy inside and out. So as my first step, I decided to drink water every day! Before I could not even consume 5 glasses of water in one day, so now I try to drink at least 5 glasses a day and then eventually increase them up to 8 or more glasses in a day. The next is to take my multiple vitamins daily. I have not been religious in taking them that is why some of my vitamins are still in the shelf. And last but not the least; I want to do physical exercise to burn some fat. I already gained weight and is now 15lbs overweight! So I want to be normal with my weight too!
