We started it at blogspot then eventually transferred it to a dot com domain and then dot info (because dot com for their sister’s blog was not longer available, so I decided to switch them all to dot info).

Now, her blog has been stagnant for many months now. I have been busy and she has been busy with school too. But since I wanted to develop her love for drawing or simply expressing herself, I told her to draw again and I will scan and post them. I also told her we could do art prints from her work and make it into a photo holiday card so that she could give her teacher’s a personalized Christmas cards.

She liked the idea and is eager to draw again. Anyway, I am not pressuring her. Her studies are still our utmost priority!!

Earlier this month, I bought my son a triple wheeled scooter. When I bought it, I asked the sales lady to assemble it and install the brake system. Unfortunately, 30 minutes have passed; they were not yet able to accomplish it. So, I decided to tell them to return everything inside its box and I will assemble it myself once I get home. They did as instructed and I paid for it and went immediately home.

When I arrived home, I called my children and show them what I bought. They were happy with it and I told them to share since I can only afford one scooter. Then I assembled it. In less than 10 minutes, the scooter was already assembled and running!!

Now, the kids are enjoying it. I am planning to buy another one for my oldest daughter so that they could enjoy riding their scooters around the neighborhood.

Last week, I brought the whole family to the mall to spend some quality time together and at the same time buy some groceries and other stuffs that my children need. When my children knew that we are going to the mall, Micah and David was very excited that they hurriedly took a bath and dressed up; but Baby Bella seems to understand what’s going on around her and I guess, she has sensed that her whole family is going out that she restlessly jumped up and down as if telling me give my attention to her and dress her up, too!

When we were at the mall, we had our lunch first then strolled around the place. We went to the department stores, had some window shopping, then went over the appliance section of the mall, where all of the sudden, we saw huge plasma TV’s on display on top of their respective TV stands. My husband and I were both appreciated the large television set and jokingly said that one day, we are going to have as bigger than those. Anyway, after some more strolling and roaming around the mall, we went to the grocery section, then went straight home.

Since I knew that my children were asthmatic, all I have in mind was prevention. They say technically, asthma has no cure but only relief medicines are given to lighten up the attack. So, as a mom, I always put in mind that prevention is better than cure.

As time goes by, here are some things I do to prevent my children from having asthma attacks:
1.	Clean up dusty places regularly with a damp cloth.
2.	I really wanted to use conservatory blinds but since we could not install one as of the moment, we regularly change our curtains.
3.	As much as possible, I don’t let my children’s back get wet from sweat. So every time they play, I put a hand towel on their backs.
4.	Though there are no establish food that my children are allergic too, I usually don’t have chicken regularly. I just let them eat on occasional basis.
5.	As part of their diet, I let them take a considerable amount of Vitamin C.

But when worst comes to worst, my first aid for my children when they are having an attack is coffee. Yes, you heard me right, coffee. I have read from an online herbal based therapy site that coffee has a natural property to act as a bronchodilator. A bronchodilator is a substance that dilates the bronchi and bronchioles, decreasing airway resistance and thereby facilitating airflow. Some synthetic medicines such salbutamol is a bronchodilator.

So far, my children are doing great. Though there are times that I couldn’t prevent an attack, they turn out to be OK and fine in the end.

My third baby will be turning three months this month. I am not currently thinking what we shall do on her dedication. I need to think where and when the event should be, who to invite and what to prepare. I also need to prepare invitations to her dedication so that we will have an idea who will RSVP to the event.

Time really flies fast…now I may be thinking of preparing her dedication, next I will be sending birthday and communion invitations. Children grow fast nowadays. Oh well, that is the reason why I cherish every moment I have with them. Cause one day, you might wake up listening to your children about their own plans in life. They have grown independent from you.

With that in mind, I was planning to buy few custom rubber stamps. Maybe I could request for stars and positive notes so that when they come for checking, I will just place a stamp on it just like preschool teachers do. Don’t you think it would be great?
